Transit is STAR's localization software based on the principle of reusing, or leveraging, existing information to save time and money.

The main purpose of Transit is to increase productivity. Translators are able to reuse existing tranlations and retrieve specific terminology. DTP professionals are able to create target language DTP files using data format filters. Project managers are benefitted through automated project analysis and preparation of the necessary planning information, integration of quality assurance features, and automatic creation of "send files" for data exchange with translators.

STAR's products cover the entire process and allow various specialists to work seamlessly together: from the writer or engineer preparing the information, to the end-user consuming the information. In addition, workflow solutions provide smooth interfaces between the individual experts and users.
