As Chief Representative and Lead Linguist of CSOFT Germany, Klaus serves as the direct link between German customers and CSOFT Beijing. Throughout his career, Klaus has built a vast network of linguists and technical experts, which offers prospective clients a unique advantage with respect to pricing and resources. Herrmann has studied at Germany's Cologne University.
