Bill Liu - Chief Technology Officer Liu is responsible for shaping CSOFT’s technology strategy and research initiatives, using his more than 15 years experience in globalization industry to drive innovation and direct application development. Prior to joining CSOFT, Liu has held several CTO positions, including CTO at eChance, a provider of network security solutions, and earlier as CTO at Transtar, a machine translation software developer. In addition to these roles, Liu also served as a senior technology manager at Lionbridge Technologies, responsible for the development and technical support of ForeignDesk, one of the first generation translation memory software. Liu has a Master’s degree in applied mathematics from Chengdu Geology College and a Bachelor's degree from Hebei Geology University in China.
